Valentine’s ball to raise cash for Hackney children’s charity

A Hackney based charity are hosting a Valentine's ball to raise money for children around the world.

Childreach International is hosting an "unmissable" fundraising ball on Saturday 13 February, called "To Children, With Love", in aid of disadvantaged children around the globe.

Guests can enjoy a pre-Valentine’s evening of Indian food, henna body art, Bollywood dancers, a DJ spinning out Bangra beats and party classics, and a raffle draw with the chance to win an all inclusive trip for two to Nepal as well many more exciting prizes.

Childreach International is an international children’s charity providing sustainable solutions to poverty. It helps strengthen local communities at the grassroots to ensure good quality education, health and children’s services.

All proceeds from the ball will go towards vital projects in Tanzania, Ghana, India, Nepal and Pakistan, which provide children with the means to help themselves out of poverty and look forward to a brighter future.

The event will take place at the Camden Centre on Euston Road.

It starts at 7pm till midnight and the dress code is Bollywood or black tie.
