New Healthy Food Shop Opens in Dalston

A new healthy foods shop has opened in Dalston Lane.

Healthy stuff is an independent retailer selling organic and locally produced wholefoods, as well as chemical and cruelty free natural beauty products and toiletries, natural cleaning products including refills, herbal remedies and high quality nutritional supplements.

They are also going to be selling natural baby and mother products, homeopathic remedies, aromatherapy oils and flower essences.

The shop is located next door to Dalston Lane Cafe, within walking distance from Hackney Downs and Dalston Junction stations. 

There are also fresh juices and smoothies Union Roasters Organic Natural Spirit coffee, herbal teas and a selection of delicious, healthy cakes from Happy Kitchen.

    Lovely little shop. Bit pricey but it has lots of good quality stuff. Probably more suited to vegans but there's plenty of produce there for everyone. I think they use the same supplier as Wholsum nr Dalston Junction used to. Unlike Wholsum the owner says they're doing good business so far so hopefully they'll be able to stay afloat as there isn't really another shop like it in this neck of the woods. I'll certainly be going back there.
