A Dalston businesswoman has been named one of the faces to watch in the next decade by Vogue.

Sharmadean Reid, 25, founder of the capital's first "hipster" nail bar in Dalston, is predicted to make waves.

WAH Nails, which opened in Kingsland Road last year, has already received mentions in the US press as a stop-off for style-conscious tourist keen to try the latest designs.

This month's Vogue, published on Thursday, features striking photographs of the artists, singers, writers and entrepreneurs expected to dictate future thinking and trends.

The majority are from the London area.

The most popular finishes are Leopard, Candy and Chanel's double-C logo, according to Sharmadean.

The Evening Standard focus on some of the other London names in the list.
