Bus Route 149 Next to lose it's Bendy Buses

As from Saturday 23rd October route 149 will again be operated using Low Floor wheelchair accesable double decker Buses. The Service will continue to be operated on behalf of TfL by Arriva

sorry if i confused any1. What I meant to say was that the last bendybuses would run on Friday which they did - the 'night' service was operated by brand new double deckers.

All TfL Route changes Take place on Saturday and it is still scheduled for Saturday

ReportI agree with the last comment. In my years of experience there was a marked difference in the types of people using the bendy buses and the double-deckers.
The same people who lacked the decency (or shame) to pay were the same ones who would treat the buses with contempt. God knows how much money the bendies lost through non-payers. I imagine that pounds-per-mile, the conventional buses are much more profitable and I look forward to the demise of the bendies.
