The De Beauvoir Association's 7th Party in the Park

The De Beauvoir Association's 7th Party in the Park is on Saturday 9 July.

We are looking for volunteers to help on the day, especially for setting up and taking down stalls and helping to supervise unattended children. Since many of you come to the party in the afternoon with your children, we wondered if one parent might make themselves

available as a volunteer helper from 10 in the morning and/or from 5 in the afternoon. It's your chance to give something back!

We're also looking for volunteers to help staff some of the stalls, such as the book stall and the face painters, whose queue of excited children needs careful managing.

If you're interested in getting involved, you're welcome to join us for a social evening on 8 April. Everyone will be bringing some food or drink. It's a chance to learn more about how the plans for the

Party in the Park are progressing, how you can get involved and it's an opportunity to meet other local people.
