Oxfam Dalston is not only known for its brilliant bargains and East London fashion finds, but also for its creative and wacky window displays.

Those of you that are familiar with Olivia Howitt's wonderfully original blog, What's In Your Bedroom, will be pleased to hear that she has transformed the infamous window into her latest bedroom.

I approached Olivia back in the summer and invited her into my bedroom, which featured on her blog back in July.

This time, Olivia approached me asking if I would donate some items from my bedroom to her fairytale bedroom creation, which is on display until the end of the month.

Olivia said: "I wanted to have a go at creating my own, in-line with What’s In Your Bedroom... So, armed with an idea loosely based around fairytale and dreams, I approached Kevin the Department Manager and the rest is history."

The bedroom is built from donations from people who have contributed towards the blog, and also from the deepest depths of the Oxfam stockrooms underneath the shop.

The items have been labelled with tags detailing who and where they came from and will be on sale in the shop from the 27th November.

Take a look at Olivia's blog for all the details on how she created the display, and let us know what you think!
