I took my bike to Lock 7 on Sunday for a service. I was able to sit outside in the sun whilst my team worked on my bike. It was glorious! What I would have loved though was a bit more customer service. The staff seemed busy and preoccupied, and I would have liked to have felt a bit more welcome (and less awkward!). Maybe they were just really busy, but a smile and a "Hello, how can we help you today?" wouldn't have gone a miss seeing as I spent about £40!
