Fancy dining high in the sky above Dalston?

Ridley Road by Mia!
A new popup restaurant is coming to Ridley Road Market this September, where a guest chef will prepare food using produce only from the Dalston market.
Ridley's will be a temporary dining experience open for lunch and dinner sittings every Wednesday to Saturday from 7th-24th September 2011.
The concept came from The Decorators and Atelier ChanChan, a group of designers, artists and architects. The dining table will be placed ona two-storey structure above the market, giving diners a full view of the hustle and bustle of the market.
Lunch is an informal takeaway service so no need to book. Each day there will be one sit down dinner at 7.30pm for 16 people, costing £15. Visit the Ridley's website to make reservations.
This temporary summer installation is a means of demonstrating the kind of activities that could be created to make the life of this market sustainable and is an opportunity to re-imagine the possibilities for the regeneration of the area.
The project is sponsored by United House.

Arcade fire sum it up nicely:
Stop now before it's too late
Been eating in the ghetto on a hundred dollar plate
Nothing lasts forever
That's the way it's gotta be
There's a great black wave in the middle of the sea
I wonder how may traders will be going....
HIDEOUS!
