London Fields Brewery
The brewery, which is located in one of the arches in Helmsley Place, is selling ale to the public and celebrated with an all-weekend party where attendees could try all of the beers.
The ales on offer are Hackney Hopstar, London Fields Bitter, London fields Session Ale, London Fields Gold, and London Fields Lager.
There is also a very special ale called Love Not War, which was made whilst the owners were barricaded into the brewery during the riots round the corner.
The London Fields Brewery was started by Ian Burgess and Jules Whiteway, after they decided to encourage more people to try locally-brewed ale. Ian Burgess has had previous success with his Broadway Market coffee business, Climpson and Sons.
